Hi I am Caroline! I am a certified YOGABODY Breath Coach based outside of Boston, MA. I was first introduced to the power of breath a few years ago when I was going through my divorce. I was listening to a podcast interview of a navy seal who explained how he used something called box breathing to quickly reduce stress in the field. I began using this technique on a daily basis and it had an immediate effect on my stress and anxiety. In fact, all of the breathing techniques I now teach have had a huge impact on my own life.
