Hi Yogi! My name is Rosita! I am passionate Yoga instructor and Breath Coach! To be honest when i was a kid I never felt safe, the reason being is that we were moving from place to place also we had many troubles in the family. Because of that I end up having problems trusting myself and other. That is why I aim to create safe environment in my classes so every time you will show up to my classes I will make sure to provide you all the information you need, that you can feel safe and welcome, noticed entertained and encouraged to grow into the best version of yourself. Because only in safe, positive and fun environment we can reach the best results! This is the main reason why in my classes you can meet completely different people no matter size, sexuality or gender. Looking forward meeting you on the mat!
