After a long corporate career, I’m now a Yoga Teacher. I did things back to front and completed Yin yoga training for my own development, but being bitten by the teaching bug, I then trained more generally and completed a traditional Hatha yoga and philosophy course. I’ve had a meditation practise for some time and formalised this by training. Covering the history, philosophy, and differing types of meditative practice. What I found is that my meditation practise was been enhanced by breathwork, it allows me to move into a meditative state more quickly and has benefits similar to meditation in its own right. So once again I trained to be able to share this effectively and I’m now a certified Breathwork coach. Breathwork is a beautiful experience, I look forward to sharing this with you.
