How can I help? This is what I am all about—helping. I make it easier for busy people use the yoga and breathing to ease physical and mental issues. Think ancient wisdom for modern lifestyle. So, if you are emotionally drained, have sleep issues, are constantly stressed and feel like you are surviving rather than living, I may be able to help. My classes are intentionally short (20, 30, 40 minutes) so that time-crunched people can also share in the benefits of yoga and controlled breathing.
